HISTORY
The company Terra Casa has been operating on the real estate market since the year 1997 as a developer with a diligent, ethical and modern approach to management. Our scope of activities includes realisation of investment projects, organisation and supervision of construction works, as well as the function of a substitute investor. We acquire strategically located properties and offer our clients and investors the best possible ways of using those properties. We regulate the ownership status of properties by looking for the owners of land plots and inheritors, also beyond the borders of Poland. We also render consulting services. We can see investment opportunities in the places where most people see only the difficulties, however owing to such approach, we are able to prepare unique projects and create value for our clients. Based on experience of our team, as well as a simple and clear structure, we can professionally service the investment process on each stage. Depending on the character of the investment and expectations of our clients, we manage investment projects or act as a consultant, investor or developer.
